I am an experienced counsellor, therapist and trainer. I offer confidential counselling in the Hemel Hempstead / Hertfordshire area. I have lived and worked in the US, Africa and Asia and have a special interest in cross-cultural issues.

I am also a trained supervisor and offer supervision to professional or trainee counsellors on an individual or group basis.
