I am an experienced counsellor, therapist, supervisor and trainer. I offer confidential counselling in the Hemel Hempstead / Hertfordshire area. I have lived and worked in the US, Africa and Asia and have extensive experience in cross-cultural issues. I have special interest in identity issues, post-traumatic stress, loss, bereavement and relationship issues.

As a supervisor, I offer supervision to professional or trainee counsellors on an individual or group basis.
